The vast majority of adults have complained about an aching back at some point in their life. Most of these people just accept it as a fact of life and deal.
Maybe they pop a pain pill. Or purchase a new pillow. These are just temporary fixes to a larger problem. Even replacing your mattress or buying a new chair for their office can not fix a problem that may have been building for years. Once a subluxation has begun, there is only one way to fix it - by being adjusted.
There are as many causes of back pain as there are people experiencing back pain. One of the most severe causes of back pain is a herniated disk. The pain from a herniated disk can be debilitating.
Not all back pain is this sever though. Sometimes the greatest pain is felt in other parts of the body. This is all because the spine is not able to get messages from the brain to the affected area efficiently. Pain and inflammation are the two most common signs of this condition.

That's true Back pain is not normal. Back pain is a common complaint that has many causes including muscle strain, slipped disc, and spasm.

ReplyDeleteThere are many different methods of chiropractic treatment. Not all chiropractors help. I have been going to them for years, and am still in pain. Do not think that 3 visits will be the cure all. Sometimes it takes years, depending on the type of treatment, and after that you still probably will have pain.

ReplyDeleteSo true. As a young person in his early 30s I would like to say that one should begin early to monitor back pains. I often had them in my mid 30-s, especially in the morning and didn't think much of it. Luckily I was able to get rid of them through exercise and such and better sleeping but my point is that not taking action early in life can lead to more pain and stress later on.

ReplyDeleteI quite agree with the need for chiropractic care when your back hurts. I've been there, too, changed my pillow, my mattress, my office chair (bought a $1000+ one!), tried to keep the correct body position when in front of the pc, and everything else. Imagine, being a 3d animator, I spend 8 to 12 hours a day on the pc. The only thing that really improved my life was chiropractic care. Please take heed of my advice!

* Maintain a healthy weight or lose weight if you weigh too much. To have strong bones, you need to get enough calcium and vitamin D every day.
* Try to stand up straight and avoid heavy lifting when you can. If you do lift something heavy, bend your legs and keep your back straight.

ReplyDeleteI agree James. My wife used to suffer from a lot of lower back pain issues. She got rid of it through yoga. That's right yoga! While it didn't necessarily work for her right away, she diligently stuck with it and eventually reacquired a great deal of strength and flexibility in her lower back. Today, her pain is completely gone and she swears by her daily yoga routine.

The back pain can cause big difficulties so it is better to stop them when they start, before it's too late. This technique of Chiropractor it's only to moderate your pains not to cure them, I think we should consult doctors to ask for many opinions before wo take a treatment.

are few blogs with interesting topics lately ... back problem is found everywhere ... at work ... school .... in the office .. home .... everyone thinks it's because of the position .... and look to other causes can be .... I think I see a doctor even considering that I did not get back pain at all. . even after going home and put me in bed .... after reading this article I began to ask many questions .... it will be something more serious? can someone tell me or advise me about it?
ReplyDeleteIt is sad to see even children having back problems because of some activities in school and at home. I want to ask parents to really pay attention to this matter and try to avoid this to happen.

ReplyDeleteI don't have a back pain but more a pain in the neck at leftside. Does it link with the way I sleep or it's more linked to psychosomatic problems ?

ReplyDeleteOh, I had horrible back pain and still get it from time to time. The baby is putting all his/her weight on her back. Tell her to get in a cat like pose: get on hands and knees then arch the back. You can also help her out by putting pressure on the pressure points to help relieve the pain faster. This pose will help move the baby off her back. A nice hot bath with Epsom salt works wonders. I got a heating/massage back pad that you use on the couch, that worked wonders. If you get a massager with no heat, it does nothing. If you get a heating pad, that still does nothing. So get a massager with heat in it. Those kept me away from taking tylenol and such. Also, you can be a good hubby and massage her back when you start to notice she is uncomfortable.

i allready suffered back pain so much specially when i was in office and when i come back from office i face it..i preferred lots of medicine specially disprin and pain killer for it..but nothing works..
